IMPORT DUTIES & TAX

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any applicable Import Duties or Tax requested by the local authorities of the country they reside in. Duties and import tax charge is completely out of our control as they are set by the Customs Authority in the designated region based on various different factors.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Once an order is dispatched and collected by the courier or marked ‘delivered’ we are no longer liable. We do not offer refunds or returns on any items. We do not take responsibility for stolen parcels or those lost in transit. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for stolen or lost parcels. You will need to contact the delivery courier directly for any queries or concerns.

If there is a fault with a product an exchange will be arranged, or alternatively store credit will be added to your account. If there is an issue with your order/product this must be brought to our attention within 5 days of delivery.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED

Items damaged during shipping process are valid for exchange.

We must be notified within 5 working days from delivery of any faults to apply. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE PICTURES/EVIDENCE OF SAID DAMAGE/FAULT.

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

Please ensure you contact our customer care team HELLO@THE-LDV.COM to notify us of your return within 5 days of receiving your order. Failure to do so may result in your return(s) not being accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return/shipping cost incurred when sending item(s) back for store credit or an Exchange of their choice.

Please ensure that you include your order number, name and contact details with your return.

PICK UP

In person and Uber pick-up is available on orders that meet the criteria. Customers who select "IN STORE PICK UP" at checkout should not attempt to pick up their orders before they receive notification stating it is ready. Pick Up/Uber orders are only held for the agreed time frame. If your order is not picked up alternatively it will be shipped instead.
